These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mouloudia Tiznit Volleyball ("MTVB", "the Club") website and application. By using this site, you agree to these Terms in full. 1. Purpose The site allows you to, among other things: - View club news, results, standings and schedules - Register yourself or a child for the academy or as a member - Purchase tickets for matches and events - Shop on the Club's online store - Access a personal area (player, parent, coach, administration) 2. Access to the site Access to the site is free of charge. Some features (member area, ticketing, store) require creating an account and identification. 3. User account Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. The Club reserves the right to suspend any account in case of fraudulent use or non-compliance with these Terms. 4. Registrations and memberships Any academy registration or club membership implies compliance with the sporting internal regulations, the provision of accurate documents (medical certificate, ID, parental authorization for minors) and payment of fees as communicated by the Club. 5. Ticketing and online store Displayed prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed after payment validation. Specific sales conditions (delivery, returns, refunds) are specified at checkout. 6. Payments Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. The Club does not store full banking data on its servers. 7. Intellectual property All content on the site (text, logos, photos, videos, graphic elements) is the property of MTVB or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited. 8. User conduct It is prohibited to use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe on the rights of third parties, to post offensive content, or to attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the platform. 9.
